Welcome to the Johannesbad Group's whistleblower system
Protected reporting channels - internal and external - are essential for effective compliance in our company. Just like the protection of internal whistleblowers from sanctions, they encourage the reporting of any misconduct and serve to comprehensively clarify and investigate breaches of the rules.
We provide internal and external whistleblowers with various ways of finding out about possible breaches of rules. Our whistleblower system provides a protected channel through which our employees and external persons can report information on possible misconduct while maintaining the confidentiality of their identity and, if desired, completely anonymously. Breaches of rules are negligent or wilful violations of, for example, regulations, laws and guidelines. This also includes breaches of contractual obligations by employees of the Johannesbad Group as well as human rights and environmental risks and breaches of human rights or environmental obligations. All breaches of regulations in accordance with the Hinweisgeberschutzgesert (§ 2) and the Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (§ 2) can be reported here. Of course, any breaches of regulations can also be reported via other channels, such as directly to managers, the Executive Board or the Compliance department.
We take reports of possible violations very seriously, clarify them comprehensively and respond appropriately, taking into account the relevant legal standards, in particular from labour law, data protection law and co-determination law.
If you wish to make a report, please always answer the following questions in your report:

How our whistleblowing system protects you
- No information such as IP addresses, location data, device specifications or other identifying data is passed on to the contact persons.
- Your message is encrypted end-to-end and cannot be traced even if it is accessed from the company network.
- Your message is customised to make it even more anonymous. This means that we remove double punctuation marks and capitalise all words.
How you protect yourself - You do not use idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or emails.
- You do not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc.) provided by your employer.
- You are not connected to the company network (Internet / VPN).
We can only give you feedback on the processing of the matter if you tick the option "available for further enquiries". When submitting your report, you set up a protected mailbox. There you choose your own pseudonym/user name and password. This access data will not be visible to anyone other than yourself. If you submit your report anonymously, you do not have to provide any personal details. Do not enter any data that could be used to identify you. A member of staff will use the secure mailbox to give you feedback on what is happening with your report or ask questions if details are still unclear - you will remain anonymous during the dialogue.
The Johannesbad Group's Whistleblower System Policy sets out the protection of internal whistleblowers and the details of the procedure.
We thank you for your support and the co-operation within the Johannesbad Group!
